Very poor animation

This flash had a poor-quality to it. It's animation was highly ameture, and lacks decent camera angles. Besides, don't you know that there is already a metroid collab? And no offense, but it's A LOT better.

Graphics:

You have a lot to work on here. The things drawn were messy, and looked terrible. Paintbrush lines were left un-rubbed out.

Style:

What style? The animation was terrible, and the drawings had no style what so ever.

Sound:

Crackly.

Violence:

Guns etc. But violence certainly has nothing to do with a movie.

Interactivity:

I actually quite liked the menu, and the navigation bar worked.

Humour:

I'm not laughing.

Overall:

Well, unoriginal. There is already a more professional metroid collab out on NG, so what was the point in making this? Horribly drawn, rubbish animation, makes for a shockingly disappointing flash.

Did you know there already was a Metroid collab?

... And it's made by me. Apart from that, I want to rate your work. This collab is really bad. I don't want to insult you, I'm here to critize your flash. The drawings were sub par, the gun sounds were really lame, and some animations actually make me laugh. That's a 3 for humor for you.
Also, I'm strongly against the fact that all the authors (besides you), doesn't have another flashmovie. How can you participate in a collab if you don't have any experience? Yes, I know some were blammed, but that's the whole point....

I definately know that you guys can do better.... Samus wasn't even recognizable in some scenes. If hope you guys learned from your mistakes, and you'd better start making a new, and better flash.

Yes, I agree that the fact that most of us don't have another flash movie does seem kind of unreasonable, but this was made for people to have a go at collaborating with others.

And yeah, most of us CAN do better now.

Kind of Dull.....

I don't want to be the meanest person here (im really a nice guy) but im going to brak the ice and right away say THIS FLASH SUCKED @#$%^%$#@.
The same music playing through made it boring. and every scene had Samus running away from metroids.
Seriously, the art needed the MOST work. I know how frustrating and hard it is to make a flash (I screwed up real bad so now im just writing reviews.) But you could really get together and make something better.
Make a V.2 and ill watch it and write a review.
But seriously i liked the song but no flash should have one song playing through the whole time. Dul just doesnt cut it.

Not ANOTHER one of these...! I'm annoyed to the point where I don't even feel like expending the energy to even type up a review here, but this flash animation is so bad that somebody needs to set you, it, whoever, straight...but put simply, the previous reviewer has nigh-perfectly summed it up.

Collaborations aren't usually that good, but I am a metroid nerd so I feel its my job to sit here and watch each and every one of these inaccurate films that people make because metroid PRIME looks cool. I personally would have named it Metroid Prime Collab. I never really cared about graphics, I always considered them a bonus, that and I read your comment. This whole collaboration was the same thing. Samus From Metroid Prime running from metroids that she could easily kill.
I say this because I have played Metroid II were Samus kills every effing metroid on an entire planet!

Graphics weren't great but I don't really care, and that was excused by your experiance.

He's right, but I'm going to add to this...

Graphics sucked. I mean, they blew huge chunks; except for the first person view. Congrats to whoever did that, it at least looked decent...the rest of you used crappy looking gradients without even putting something on known as a simple "outline." Yes, with this new invention, the "outline," you can make your creations look far more defined. You don't even need to pay anything, and if we made you, you'd just pirate it like you probably pirated flash!
