I had have flash for 4 weeks and it was easy to understand :-)

Finally! A tutorial that really helped me in making my own preloader! BUUUUUT...
It doesn't explain anything of the Script to all the noobs around that doesn't understand ActionScript. I managed myself to understand this tutorial because I already know the basics of AS.
Anyway, thanks for the information and now I know how to make my own preloader! Thanks :D
Conclusion: This isn't really a tutorial, but at least give information.

you dont have to wait until its on the internet to test it though
you can actually just test the movie (view the swf while still in flash)
and click View>Simulate Download
that should do the trick and save some time and a little space on your computer as well

im stuck on part one page 4 where u say ;
"now make sure ur 100 frame animation isinside an MC(movie clip). to do this, highlight and cut the frames u want for animation, now, insert>symbol>paste the frames inside"
its this last bit i dont get. where do i haveto paste the frames?
do they need to be in a frame or what?
please explain clearly
