A very helpful quiz for new people
~The good~
I liked how you had so many different things, a real "all in one" tutorial. I enjoyed the techno music, it fit the newgrounds theme pretty well. Also, on top of all of the different topics, you also have a couple of links to statistics, which are always cool.
~The bad~
The big problem with this, is that it's very unlikely that a noob would randomly find this flash, let alone even look up newgrounds tutorials. Most new people do not even read the rules, and end up asking stupid questions on the WI/HT forum. Also, there could've been more links, and maybe a little bit more in-depth on some of the things.
Overall, a helpful quiz, but chances are that no noob would get to see it. I hope this review was helpful!

This one is extremely helpful. I just wish I'd found this one when I joined Newgrounds the first time. Great for everyone.
<Improvement>
Do something about the layout and the graphics. It's really hard to see what the images and stuff say, so do something about that. And the buttons are boring to. But that really doesn't matter, as this is a tutorial ^^

There should be a link to this when someone joined up. Like "Click here for a tutorial to Newgrounds!" or something. Very helpful.

Needs improving.
The music gets annoying after A few minutes so it could of done with A mute button.The cool links needs some clickable boxes around them so you don't have to click on the actual letters to open the links. A few suggestions for the Dictionary: FTW (For the Win) WTF (What the Fuck) TBH (Too Be Honest). Apart from the cool links and the Dictionary you can find most of this in the FAQ's.
I gave A four for humour because of what you said in the Batting average "the rest are probably beginners or who just suck" It made me laugh.
Overall:Needs some Improving and more Original content.

Concise and informative
This is a well thought out tutorial, although I would consider putting more movement in there, illustrating how things work. Show the users exactly what is required, because sometimes users need a map and both hands to find their own arses.
The music is annoying when you return to the main menu - why not have it in a continuous loop, rather than skipping to the start of the track whenever you reset the main menu?
Still, you've told the users the information they need to know and you've put it into the medium of Flash, which is really what it says on the tin.
