It was cute but, it was kinda laggy. The animation would slow up and the music would too improving that would make it so much better.

This was cute, i like it because you had different views like top and side whichw as really neat, this was an ok animation but you may want to smooth out the artwork abit especialy on the characters, nice animation though.

about the beging, well the vicius vet was fucking with hamster dna to build a super hampster

I have no idea what is going on. First there is a guy, then a screaming (dead?) hamster. Then later a bunny comes flying through the streets to beat up that guy.
Now unlike some of the people here, I think the animation is good (maybe the graphics could use some love). I just think you need to work on the plot. Work on it a lot. Maybe show someone else the movie and ask them if they can describe the plot (without your help).
