Confused
I have no idea what is going on. First there is a guy, then a screaming (dead?) hamster. Then later a bunny comes flying through the streets to beat up that guy.
Now unlike some of the people here, I think the animation is good (maybe the graphics could use some love). I just think you need to work on the plot. Work on it a lot. Maybe show someone else the movie and ask them if they can describe the plot (without your help).

there is potential there, but it needs work
You have a concept, similar to a lot of things which have gone before. while it is a tried and tested formula, you need something to make yours stand out as unique compared to the others
Your graphics are quite poor, like people have said, it looks like you're using mspaint! Spend a bit more time tidying these up and rendering them to give yourself an edge graphics wise.
The voices you used are adequate, but not enough on there own. try a little mood music, something tense but fast for fighing scenes, something positive for the scene where the bad guy ends up in jail (no, Final fantasy victory music is not acceptable here)
And finally give the story a little more depth, what did the bad guy do to be bad, did he kidnap the woman, it wasn't clear? If he did, why did he do it? give the characters some depth, you might want to break a story like that into sections.
I know you named this super bunny one, but there is too much content for it to be just part of a series, and there isn't enough detail for it to be a film in it's own right.
