+++ Graphics were great.

-- voices would have improved it.

- on a couple of occasions, a subtitle flashed by for literally just 1 or 2 frames.

-- occasional visible edges on moving planes etc. Tracing stuff in flash would have helped immensely.

-- Not a lot happened in this episode.

-- I'm gonna assume you got most of the bitmaps from the show. You should've been open about that!

It all kept me involved. The high-action scenes remained exciting, though a tiny bit confusing at times (partially thanks to having to read and watch simultaneously).

Didn't really urge me to watch #2 though.

^^Good Points^^
The graphics were very good in this movie. It was a unique style since you didn't really do anything in Flash, but just imported images in, but it was a very clean job. The animations were keen, and the sound effects were top notch and very unique. This has a very unique storyline too, and I enjoyed watching it.

^^Needs Improving^^
While the graphics were good, I would rather have everything done in Flash...it's kind of cheating what you did. The only other complaint I have is the subtitles. They go by way too fast and I had trouble reading a few of them. That's something you may want to improve upon.

I'm glad you said something about your movie in your review of mine so I could come see it. For being your first flash, this is nothing short of amazing. I don't know if you have seen my first, but its horrible! I Really like the use of painted backgrounds, and I think it gives it a very anime feel, especially because robotech was one of the last good anime with hand painted backgrounds. Now days its all crazy CG stuff. Even I am guilty of that. I can also say I am not nearly as true to the original as you are with this, and that's amendable within its own right.

I would suggest you trace moving elements into vector graphics in Flash though, that would probably look allot better, especially when the elements move. Flash doesn't Handel images very well.

Good job!!

You really did a great job. I own the movie and I can tell that you did a pretty good job on making it your own, but still following the events almost perfectly.........I hope to see more in the future.
