I loved the original animation, and I was laughing my arse off when I saw you re-make those scenes almost perfectly! Very nice, and that fight towards the end when she gets the red hammer is actually very good! In fact, it's almost as good as the original! Top job!
However, the childish sex jokes were a bit off-putting (especially the dildo fight and the yiffing wolves -_-) but I get what you're trying to say: Nightmare City is hell random and nobody knows what's really going on.
Still, I really did like this a lot. The little touches you made, such as the giant cat, were really good.

the previous poster forgot to mention the following memes
longcat- this cat is very different then just a cat, longcat originated from a photoshopped image of a cat that made his belly stretch out really far, artists recreated him as a meme.
moot- the girl with the pink shirt that said m<3<3t is the board administrator, he's in charge of pretty much everything. he also once stated he wishes he could be a girl. so hes gotten some fanart based on that. thus the pink dress and hairbow
sageman- sageman is from this guy who used to go around saging every thread. the purpose of saging is so that the thread isnt bumped back up to the top of the message board when you post in it. this is to avoid keeping material away from viewers eyes. sageman was then featured in a fake preview for a "4chan flash game". as the main hero, think megaman but mixed with all the other memes
penis rei- the popular character from evangalion was getting alot of masturbation reaction. then on the forum /b, someone took a picture of a penis (probably their own) and shopped blue hair and a smiley face on it, and posted it with the text "ZOMG REI, :fap fap fap:".
moot in mexico - real fast in the beginning it says "moot steal donations & running to mootixico". everytime moot asked for money to keep the survers up, people would bring up that he once took most the money and went to mexico.

profit!- is a general text replacement for whenever someone makes a bad preposition, like "hey guys, lets go to canada, and eat all the beavers!" someone could respond "1. go to canada 2. eat beavers 3.?????? 4.PROFIT!"
picture not available/anonymous- the general /b viewer, everyone in the /b board is anonymous, you cant get around that unless youre a moderator.
black sponge bob- i dunno, something with the flash board, its a black ghettoed out version of sponge bob walking down the street to rap music. :shrug:
"marked for deletion, old" - happens to anything thats either too old or too unactive. gets deleted within a short period of time afterwards.
pedo bear- i actually have no clue where pedobear comes from, but if i were to guess, hes a fan creation from bridgets teddy bear from GuiltyGearXX. pedobear is a pedofilic bear, that wants little girls, if you couldnt figure that out.
desu- non-jap people trying to sound jap go "DESUDESUDESUDESU" alot, dont ask me why
