To correct a previous reviewer, DESU is a line from the anime/manga Rozan Maiden. One of the characters, Suiseiseki, has a habit of ending all of her sentances with the word DESU. (DESU is pretty much a really old, formal way of ending a sentance and nobody does it anymore). Anyway, the /b/ people tend to flood with posts of ~DESU~DESU~DESU. It's all just random. but thats /b/ for you. god I <3 /b/.
