Excellent I had to cry

I had to cry what it was about was so true it showed how the boy grew up through WWII and how it was in China back then when they were running from the Japanese invaders. and how the mother ended up getting sick and dying because of lack of medical knowledge. But it also sent a very clear message and that was that even though you may loose loved ones, you can always have them there in spirit,and you will end up seeing them again, after you die and where ever you may go after death you will always see them agin no matter how long you have to wait.

This was an excellent effort but i didn't cry or have any emotions, probally cause i sold my soul to newgrounds but anyway good job

it's terrible to know that this was also happenining to many other chinese people in the20th century.i don't know what to say this movie really brought a tear to my eye and its fucking disgusting to know that some people are critisizing this movie so abusively.
i dont give a damn what these people say theyre talking through their arse!
you made a great flash and it really moved me well done.

Engaging? Dynamic? Thrilling? Sorry...not this

Good graphics--but only compared to the average quality of graphics typically seen in Flash animations. Your animation needs to be more fluid and flowing and MUCH less repetitive.

Awesome style--excellent story line and plot. It kept me watching.

Sound needed a lot of work. A simple repeating soundtrack in the background...I had expected better than that.

Overall great job. Keep up that great work!

Ok i guess.

The graphics were well done, you did put alot of work into them, good going on that, the style, meh.. in my own opinion it was pretty pathtic style wise. sound, i liked the music, was pretty calming, violence, well wasnt much of that, interactivity - play butten? and not really funny either, some of the expressions were humorous.

I have no problem with chinnese or whatever im not a racist person like most of the others who BLAMED this. i dont care if its stolen or anything, but it just seems like an overly done pitty submission, the story wasnt really that great to be honist, all the fake feelings and emotion make any normal fuckhead cry and sniffle, get teary eyed, but then this is the sort of thing the weird 'common' folk enjoy.

My personal rating: 6 out of 10. good going anyway. no hard feelings for any insulting statements.
