Good while it lasted
I liked the graphics a lot, you had the character movement spot on. It was all pretty well done, just didn't last long enough. I was hoping for a long action sequence after he shot the guy. But as a first submission it shows potential, nice work.
Good...
... but way to short. (infact, excellent for a begginer).
Send it in again, but with more stuff.

Good, but way too short
Nicely animated and everything, but it is way too short.
Needs some Improvments ...
First of all , Delete unneeded stuff at the library (In Flash).
Secondly , You have really good skills , But this is really short , I know that you spent a month to make this but... The animation was good (Pump up the FPS a little bit , It was a little laggy ), But as other people said , Make a full thing out of this ;)
It took a MONTH
God am I glad I don't make animations, I think I'd kill myself if that short a film took a month.
