I thought the backgrounds were rather nice
Not sure what's so bad about "traced bitmaps", but I thought the backgrounds were pretty decent. Very attractive and sleek. And the storyline wasn't bad, I'm definitely curious to see what happens next! :-)

Nothing at all is wrong with using bmps, jpegs, or tracing them as long as your not stealing someone elses work to do it. I guess its just a matter of preference for some people. The next one may not be until this summer which is still cool cause it gives me time to make it better and work on the movie as well ^^

It was pretty good. The only thing i didn't like was the style always seemed to change...especially the backgrounds. Also the sound quality seemed quite poor to me in some places but it was an interesting style to say the least. I would have much preferred if you hadnt made this one of those "to be continued...."things. Anyway...i think it still deserves my5 as you can tell alot of time was consumed making this and it had my interest.

Thankyou! Yeah the sound requires a new mic and maybe some actors that are good so I don't have to stress over all the roles and leave me with more time to do the actual animation. Hum, I changed the bgs to be honest because I had many of them sitting in my folder from uncompleted projects that I started and never saw to frutation so I wanted to use some of them rather than let them rot away on my computer. Also I thought the same ones would get boring all the time. I will have to try to make the future flashes more consistent however so thank you again! I can actually benifit from this type of critisizm ^^

Part one is listed as *dfmrpreloader* but just a warning it's very short. This whole thing was just meant to give people better idea of my characters but judging how some seem to be rating this I think I need to consintrate my efforts on the full movie so I don't turn everyone off to it.
Yet again I'm still confused...
But I understand at least a fragment of this story... I think? Anyways, the 3-D affects are awesome and the art is excellent. It was really enjoyable but I only had one problem with it... the coloring. It's... very colorful, I'm used to plainer flashes I guess but oh well... still a great flash. Oh and as for a flash date, be expecting one late this year around november or december. Sadly, it will only be a practice flash. I'm currently gathering ideas for a game that might be made... maybe, I'm stilling thinking about it. Anways, I'll tell you when I'll release my flash on your websit name thing or whatever you told me( I have a horrible memory). Well can't wait till part three. Good Luck :D

I'm starting to think rather than try to break this off bit by bit I better just consintrate my efforts on conveying the whole plot of my story in the movie itself before I get run off of Newgrounds LOL! Coloring an issue hun. That one has us both at a lost since I make a majority of my money using colors choosing colors for layouts and schemes and what not. I will see what I can do to soften it a bit. Oh and I really can't wait for your flash presentation. I will be the first one in line hopefully to see it and don't worry about it being your first on or putting it on newgrounds. I will back you up and I have pleanty of people that will do the same in case you run into a bunch of jack rabbits on this site (Yeah I'm tired of cursing now so I will behave a little). An Artist has an obligation to please his udience but by first and far most himself. You just do the best you can do and you will find what works for you and if it works for you chances are it will for others out there. Don't worry about the rejection part cause as you can see from my comments I'm pretty used to dealing with it. Do your best man I look foward once again to seeing what you can do and if I can help in anyway I can let me know. I believe in backing my fellow artist!
