great concept
teh game was jus too slow though
breakout needs to be hectic adn fast paced, this one was jus slow and boring
also the ball control was weird, i noticed depending on where it hit the paddle, it would go a certain direction, which was akward and hard
i like how the bricks flew off and so forth, but it woudl be funner had the game moved faster....

I've never seen an Arkanoid/Breakout variant that had destroyed blocks fall before. It killed me once, but it's still a nice touch. As for the lack of weapons, I've always found that those were only a good thing to have if there are too many blocks or the player can't handle 'skill' games. I wouldn't worry about not having them.
And why is everyone calling this a Pong variant?
