Love the game. Just another remake but it's still good.
One suggestion: It would be good if you could do fancy tricks while you move. Such as slide up really fast if you double tap the 'up' key, stuff like that.

the fact that the game didn't explain the power up like drones or hominid , it will be hard for the user choose which one, if you give the game a good tutorial it will lead to better understanding of the game and higher scores....
PS:- i still have confusion which powerup to select...

Reminds me of R-Type, all the best attributes with better graphics and ambience. Nice clean, side-scrolling shooter!
