Some Helpful Information
I saw a review asking how to activate the coin cheat at the end. To do it, after you type in the cheat (Sorry. You have to find out for yourself what it is. I'm not telling you.), don't click the back button. Just type in the level password in the same box after the coin icon appears. I can tell you what the passwords and cheats are. They are:

This is perfection in a flash game.
I cannot describe how awesome this is. You not only made an amazing flash game, but you made an amazing sequel to surpass the original- a rare feat. You also fixed the only problem I had with the original in that you now don't lose everything when you die. I really would like to see another sequel and if any Newgrounds game was fit to be put on a console, it's this one. Even the music is excellent.
