Eh....
If there is one thing that I have noticed in good flash animations, it's that there should be minimal motion tweening, and if you have to make something move, change the symbol to create the sensation of 'motion'. Tweening, especially with entire bodies, is difficult, and it's even harder to make the motion look smooth.
This is an insult for Naruto
You shouldn't use tweening to animate action movies... It's sub par. The characters looked ugly too, and you could use some voices. The sudden music interrupt is annoying. I guess you had a lot of work , but that doesn't mean it is good. Although it isn't really good, it's nice for someone with just one submission. Keep on trying.
Great job but there are some things.
The blood and the body movements were bad... also the throwing wasn't that good for example
The Ninja (no name) his head went into his shoulder... fix that..
Kakashi throws was bad...
Itashi throws a star into Gai's neck.. it looked horid fix it.
The hand movements were great.
In a long story...short... polish it a little more and it is a 10 quality.

Your flash is pretty good in my opinon, Especially for your first movie. In your next movie I suggest Giving credit to the person who created the music or at least the original artist. Just to make sure people don't get mad at you. ^_^ Oh, one more thing. Try to smoth out the movements on your next movie, To make it more realistic. In closing I liked your movie. Looking forward to more.
