It was pretty good.
The graphic was good, and the voice of the Cloud was quite funny. Considering that this is your first flash it is great achievement.
But there were some places where the sharp metallic noises bothered my ear, and the lack of punchlines( or the way the punchlines are said which was a little bland) disappointed me a bit.
However, I still think if you tinker some parts you would do great at the next flash.

You need to fix the sound because it isnt that good. Cloud could of been drawn a little better. Besides that it was not bad for your first time. I dont even know why people gave you such a low rating.

It wasn't bad at all for a first time... I gave a 5 in sound because I have no sound. Btw, the graphics should have been beefed up a little.

First try...
It just wasn't all that great. Being your first animation is no real excuse for it. It wasn't all that funny at all...the Windows XP things didn't make sense at all (FFVII for the PC maybe) but still not funny. If you're going to make a flash, make sure it has a solid base and idea behind it. When you record sound, make sure to balence it out so it doesn't sound so bad. The art style itself was par for flash stuff, so I gave you the six. Next time, come up with a better plot/story/joke.
