I like the warm sound of the synth, it goes well over the drums, which are also played with pretty much perfect tune and beat. They were really a definitive part of the music, and really drove it in a good way.
This song just has a happy, lively vibe going to it, and I like it!
If this is what Drums and Bass is, count me in!
I've never really listened much into this specific category of music, but I'd say that it was nice for my first experience. I've often heard things here and there about people liking the genre, but I honestly can't see that kind of devotion sprouting from me just yet. But I digress.
My first thought was that it was cliche going for the Mute City theme, as it's been done many times over and over, but the way this genre of music seems to work, threw me off the the original theme so much that I didn't even see the similarities until about half the song was done. That is in no way a bad thing, but it brought new life to something I thought I had heard everything of.
Very nice composition of the whole thing, and feel free to send me another message if you put out another, it'd be great to get a bit more indulged in this genre just out of blind curiosity.

i like the flow of this song. really gets me going. even though it's not quite the type of music i like, i know what makes up a good song, so i'm not docking any points for that. I think you mightve abused the bass a bit too much, but it was still a very good song.
