Nice and Original
This game is pretty cool i like the idea about the orc and that shotgun very original but i think those bowling balls were to anoying cuz i died almost only by those bowlingballs *sniff* but anyway good job ;)

It has a lot of good but there is also some bad
The bowling balls do move too slow but making them move faster would just make the game too difficult, so eliminate them. Also instead of no damage at a ranged distance there should be partial damage. Sometimes the enemies become way too overwhelming because of the fact that you are being attacked from both sides, Im not saying eliminate it but rather that you should just ease up a bit. Instead of having to reload the whole shotgun at one time, maybe if you made it possible to reaload a single shell at a time it would alow the game to be faster paced, so you wouldnt have to mess with enemy spawning. Also make some heads roll and some limbs fly. MORE GORE!!
Flawed
Hit detection is off, enemies move pretty fast while the bowling balls move pretty slow. They move so slow infact that you get double hit by them and at times have to be hit by something. If face to face with a horse knight you can't always fire fast enough to take out both the horse and the knight before being whacked. Interesting concept though...

it wasnt too bad, make it easier to dodge the bowling balls. and make it to like...the wizard doesnt hit you before you can even get to him, or at least make his lightning dodgeable.and my speakers are disconnected right now so i couldnt hear anything so i gave you a 5 on sound just in case. other than that it wasnt half bad...

The controls are so lousy I wouldn't recommend anyone to play this game.
