This game has so much going for it. if you implemented more graphics, enemies, levels, and all around customization to the ships. this woudl be one hell of a badass game.

THe story line had enough backbone to actually make into something very serious. the last boss was kinda eh. but it was a good lead on. definite room for a sequel. PLEASE MAKE A SEQUEL

THE BEST INTERNET GAME PERIOD
I like the fact that if you are having a hard time that this game immediately brings you back to the beginning of the battle.
But the best of all is the plot. This is a huge gut-churning plot that is so great I would not want to reveal it to outsiders. Just play it.
What I would truly reccomend to you, sspecter, is CONTINUE THE SAGA with more customization, and perhaps, allow dual-player capability. Say for example original experts using the keyboard, while a beginner using the mouse for his fighter. Why not have Guardic 2 as an ally??
Your tribute to the shooter genre is so great I would not surpass. I'm wondering if actually Starfire is better than my all-time favorite, Gradius III.
