Kinda reminds of tales of phantasia
A fun game, elements of an rpg and in real time action. The attack animations and the hit damage seemed very fluid as far as flash games go. My only suggestion is to have the jump attack go either straight across or down since right now jumping and attacking can only attack downwards. Fun game though.

First off, just like the last review I responded to, thank you so much for your review. However, I absolutely must defend our hard work. There are close to 80 backgrounds individually drawn by myself. There are 4 heros which are also individually drawn and each individually animated. There are over 10 original songs embedded in this game, which were written and composed specifically for this game, I might add. There are 4 sub bosses and one main boss which has been programmed to only appear once the sub bosses have been beaten. Each character has 3 different attacks and 5 different levels of attack EACH. There are also 22 individual enemies throughout the game which are also independantly animated EACH. Furthermore, we were given a 5M limit and managed to stuff all that good funness in there just for friendly people like you to play. I really don't appreciate people who whine, so I'll try to refrain from doing so in the future, but I would just love to hear less about what we didn't do right. It's a great game and I enjoyed it until I had to beta test the damn thing so much I was dreaming about lipstick in my sleep.
So please. Play through one more time, take your time with it. Enjoy the graphics, the individual animations and the specifically composed music created by genius James of Havensole. Please.

man i love this game so much. its simply incredible, the coding for this thing must be so intricate and well thought out. There are a few things i witnessed though. I was at like lvl 8 or so with enough stars to max out two stats i decided to turn it off but i left a few stars out and didn't include them in any of my stats, when i came back they were GONE! and sometimes when i fell to the bottom i didn't take any damage, not that thats not bad or anything =). Also the boss in the woods was funny, using a babies voice for a giant man-eating plant lol. The characters u get to play as are all very diverse with their own speciality stats and stuff. Its a very hard and fun game, i could never get past that dragon boss. hm... let' see...did i leave out anything? Nope guess not anyways i love the game 4/5 and into my fav's!

Good game, but a transition bug
before you changed to version 1.3, you could upgrade the elemtental trinkets. now you can't. and YES, I have defeated the boss. I've tried different things, like restarting, saving and loading, nothing works. It kinda sucks. You definately have to fix that, along with an ending, and you have a classic. good job.
