Another good bit of work, Jazza; you're getting better at drawing women. The contrast of fire and ice, with their movements, sets a very nice polarization, a contrast, and each of the sisters really seems to know her destiny. I agree with @VincentVyce in that there should be randomly placed ice shards around the ice mage. I also think that the fire mage should have her own staff as well.

Firstly. This is a great piece. I can tell it took you nearly 14 hours. The fire effect is nicely done and your female forms look good, I also stuggle with the female form so I know what its like.
If I can suggest areas which could be done differently or improved. I think I would have liked to see some random chunks of ice around the Ice mage to balance out the flames.
Theres something about the breasts on the Ice mage that just seems a bit flat. I think if there's a softer gradient on the shadow and highlights. Compare it with those of the fire mage.
Anyway, hope that helps. Really like this piece.
