i agree that you should work more on drawing females (especially the tits lel), but other than that, the fire effect is pretty awesome and the drawing in general is excellent.
Characters are somewhat bad-drown, especially faces, boobs and figures. Ears are extremely low compared to their faces. You're right, that you need to get more practice in drawing females. And I mean really MORE.
But the fire effect is briliant! I haven't seen anything like that fire in all my life. And I'm a huge fan of computer games and thus I've seen many fire effects.. But yours is the best of them all combined!
Ice effect looks a little dull, compared to the fire. I think you could draw a little more details in each ice crystal, so it won't be just a blank pixel, but a real small crystal of water.
I wish I knew anything about DOTA or LOL, but they are games that I would just be awful at, so I've never tried them. Regardless, this is a pretty damned solid piece of work, here. I like the contrast between the cool blue and the warm orange. One thing I wanted to point out was the Crystal Maiden's outfit looks impossibly form-fitting around the chest; it just kind of looks "tacked on," like she put it on while she didn't have breasts, and then the breasts and fabric were attached to her chest with Blu-Tack or something. That might just be my view of it, though. Nice work, although I wish I knew anything about the subject matter.
