I love this idea. You gotta protect the heart from germs getting in. It reminds me alot of space invader only it isn't difficult at all to move, the shooting is pretty simple and there is aloooooooooot of blood :)
There is nothing wrong with this game at all, no need to improve on anything, this was ultra fun! The upgrades help alot too.

Whoa this is an awesome fun game, i loved all the detail you have in it, and the gameplay is really nice. The animations are cute, and i liked how you could shoot medicine to kill those evil germs. The music went well with the whole game, and it looked like the heart was beating to the beat heh, its a really cool idea, and a fun game...

Loved it...
It was great, really nice and simple.
I could have done with this whilst revising for my biology exam.
Maybe you could have some phagocytes as an upgrade to directly protect the heart or something.. they could eat the germs.. like pacman.. yay.

I did want to add as much blood stuff as possible, and I did consider phagocytes, but I decided to keep it pretty simple. I'm pretty sure "lymphocyte" is hard enough for most people :P
