Well I'm not going to say "omg this is freaking awesome!!" because it's not, plus you seem to have enough fanboy-reviews for this one already ;)
The Graphics are perfectly fine, the sound is, too. As one of the earlier previews said, this has potential. But what this flash is lacking is concept, and good original jokes. I mean, c'mon, "I ran out of ammo" as one of the main jokes? Not really. And the coconut stuff is not random enough for a random cutscene.
Again, you do have potential, use it. Ask in mgs forums if someone knows good jokes to use in your flash, or think more about your own ones. I'd like to be able to give you an "omfg this is teh awesome" review next time :)
