Great for a first!
It was a bit random and short, but it has great sfx and the bowser sprites looked customed, if so they were good. All i can suggest is making it longer with a more in depth story. Or make the fps higher so the animation is smoother, and make it as funny as you can. also i think the water should be from SMW, look at my "Fishy Water" flash to see what i meen. Allthough it's up to you, atleast make it seethrough so it looks more like water.
It's alright
The sprites look great and the sound effects are well done. But theirs no story,Why were Mario and Lugie fighting?,how did Bowzer lose his Bowzer mobile? The part with the Kooper Trooper made me laught.Over all It's quite good just needs improvment.You should do A sequel.

I didn't try to compare this to any other movie when I made it. In fact, I tried to make it difrent than all the other basic sprite movies by having mario in the bowser mobile and adding outakes. If this is plagerism to you then I guess more than half of the ideas on this site are plagerized. But I wouldn't expect a noob like you to understand.
