I only voted 2...
...because it needs more features. MS Office would be nice, as would some games, a calculator, disk cleanup, and some blue screens of death.
Consider these and add others as well.

All the sounds and graphics were exact, so Kudos to you. It would've been better if you had more programs to work with, or more things to do.
