Windows XP is not that bad
I've used both Windows 98 and Windows XP. Windows XP does NOT have that many errors. In fact, I think 98 is much worse. A friend of mine has Windows 98, and it's so bad that it screwed up his computer, he can only run it in safe mode so he can't do anything to correct it, and it runs into a "PCI Parity error", so it only starts up once every 10 or 11 boots. This all stems from his upgrading from 95 to 98 Second Edition, instead of getting XP because he "likes 98". Well, I can tell you now that he hates 98, and after trying XP he realizes how much better it is. Anyways, moot point. It was an OK animation, but it was a little dumb because everything was horribly overexaggerated, instead of being real errors you might see, like "Windows has caused an error in 0exjfnmsyh885mfydk01040" or something of that nature. It did look like Windows, but it didn't act like it. Try adding more features, and capturing actual error messages with print creen or something, and you might have a hit.
