its good for a first flash, i like to know how you got those white/blue lines in the preloader. Other then that it was an okay concept and the art wern't bad. keep workin good luck. If you need ant help i can help you with flash, i help alot of beginners.

the graphics were good..however there was hardly any animation at all..you cant expect to draw a nice picture and throw in some text and make it through the portal..however it did..which is odd...next time just make actull animation..
I'll try harder with animation next time.

Drawings were good, sound kept up the interest, but im not a fan of a bunch of text and barely any animation. Good drawings though anyway, i guess. eh

Heck i actually watched this on the news. It was pretty interesting but i wasnt able to watch the ending because i was on break when i watched it. I like your style actually, doing flash animations on current event. I really do enjoy that. That is an original idea. 2 things i have to say is get a few facts straight if you are going to do these kind of items even though they are not THAT important but still be pretty accurate. like the car was actaully white and the day was on Tuesday
Graphics: I like them not too bad, but Not the best.
Style: I like how did this on an current News item
Sound: Just music so cant give you much points here
Violence: We dont see any
Interactivity: A Button or 2!
Humor: This whole situation or anything like this isnt funny one bit. Except how long the line of cars there were. I think they said about 6-9 Miles long of backed up traffic on the Highway on both sides.
Overall: A 4, i likes the graphics and style, but it was easy to make so i cant really give you a high score but i wish i could.

(The date is actually in the future in my flash... it was a pun that had to do with my name and the preloader)
too much talk not enough action
so this is how cops solve a situation normally. waste of time and good taxmoney. the way you ended the situation was a lot smarter. and besides that.. one criminal less to worry about! im dead serious when i say that cops all over the world should shoot more often.. dont care if its lethal or not.
