Reviews for "GreenCastle: DoubleExodus"

Below average

I am rating this 4 out of 10 because it is, simply put, below average. The sound and graphics are sub-par, the control scheme is cumbersome, and there is nothing to do except roam around and fight FF-style battles. And even there, this game is sub-par: all you fight are eagles, you get a single uninteresting attack to use, and the healing (er, self-repair) ability is so weak as to be essentially worthless. Even worse, there is very little in the way of character advancement. Not to be mean, but I really don't see how a game like this could end up with a higher score than Kimblis the Blue, Savage, or even The Adventures of Guy.

GreenCastle responds:

If you couldn't get out of the first area, you are sub-par at RPGs.

Pretty good!

Very nice. Though, it could be much better. I don't like the idea of a castle being a main character...

Also, make the monsters that you fight after leaving the Eagle Palace easier... o:

Alright

Its an alright game. With a little more time it could be much better.

Awesome...

This game is great, and takes very long to beat... Very tough to master its unique battle systems. Once you get a hang of it, you fly right through, though. Like all games, it takes a minute to find out what the hell you're trying to do. Personally, I didn't like using the mouse for everything. At least let us use arrow keys to move outside combat.

Great RPG

I liked it very much. FF battle engine is great so i loved too this game. I have a favor to ask, please respond - where the hell you have from that battle music?! It's great!

GreenCastle responds:

I used Mazadon's Fury and Blue Sky, both by ParagonX9. These and others can be found in the NG Audio Portal.
