Wow, that was pretty awesome.
The drawing style was definitely quality and the sound effects were great. Actually makes you feel a lust for violence, ya know?

Wowo, nice animation... not my favourite genre, (bring on the J-pop) but it was great.

Like some others have said, fix some of the sound. Also, maybe add some music to it. The animation of the planes and the missles was well done.

Add some explosion to that "badness factory getting hit and it will look cooler. Other then that I like it.
Maybe to continue it you could have the remaining plane try to outfly that missle with some bitching rock song in the background.
