Needs improvement
What you're sitting on here is a really good idea, just portrayed in a horrible way. The music was perfect, but the graphics were just bad. I couldn't stand the cyclops look for the robber, nor the lack of motion. Though there was no play button at the beginning, that doesn't really hurt too bad.
If you redo this with character motion, and possibly make it a little longer, then it will be fantastic.

It was kind'a sad. Being poor and having to rob the bank to get money to feed a family, what can be sadder than that. I liked the pencil sketch drawing too. I liked it.

It may be just me, but despite the fact that it isn't flowing, just a series of pictures, I really liked this.
