Good animation, bad script
Your art and animation far outwiegh the value of the dialog.
The plot is fine, but some of the points that move the story forward are a little lacking, one pale of water for the population of an entire fortress.
The door to the secret passage on the inside of the fortress is practicly invisible, while the external entrance is clearly a door on the cliff wall, wouldn't you want to hide access into the inside?
If the red-head is not supposed to use the hidden passage, why would anyone tell her about its existance?
Why did the captain of the gaurd send a man in chainmail to follow the Friar? Wearing chainmail is like carrying a bunch of wind chimes, it is not stealthy.
Work on the script, so it can be as good as the animation.
