Its really cool how there are many talented artists here. You are one of them! I love movies like these, zombie and action ones. They're just so fun to watch. Keep it up!
Well I like it
I could list the good things about this series. But that would take too long.
So I'll say this would be so much more amazing if the people looked more like actual people. I know it's quicker and easier to animate... but it just looks wrong... arms coming out of the base of the neck, no hands, spherical heads, and so on. I mean, when he becomes a cyborg super-soldier it would look great with various robotic parts and metal showing but he's just a bunch of thick blue lines with a head. Also, the mutants they are fighting would look a lot more intimidating if they had actual bodies... being thin and weak looking as they are they don't look like they could do much damage, more like they'd snap if you touch them. Also, different clothing and things instead of plain flat colour would really make the characters more interesting. I just find all the characters look silly and don't fit with the rest of the movie.
Buuuut anyway, great animation and I await part three with much anticipation.

OMG this and part one are awesome you are the best flash animator around your artwork is amazing and you can realy tell a lot of time has gone into these movies and youve given them tlc probably the best flash movies ive ever seen cant wait for part 3
