I was pretty surprised when the prisoner threw the baton back at the officer and it went through his eye. Ow. 0.-

The language barrier wasn't effecting the quality at all except for that one part when he distracts the cop. A seemingly innocent cartoon with some violence. Good.

As terms for originality, it didn't blow me away, but it gets the job done.
The cartoon looks ok, the music is decent, and the cops and robbers scenario sets the idea, though in a tedious pace. Yes, it's nothing more than a lengthy chase. However, I liked how it ended...it's different. It's decent as it is, but no way does it prove to be a strong contender.
