was that frame by frame!? cause it doesnt look good even then..frame by frame sposed to be tamie consuming and very smooth, yours was neither, either use tweens or put alot more time into the art work of your charechters and the animation of them

I'm not a pro too but i Think that this wasn't a very good animation!
Work more and try to work more on the graphics and turn up the fps to minimum 18 fps!
