I think you got a few sympathy votes,
the animation isnt up to scratch especially the part sticks, and the blood effects.
Work on them, build a plot and use SFX and you will do fine

first thing you shouldnt have the charecter just plain killing people dont vampires turn people into vampires im pretty sure they do,second vampires r supposed to be scary and u did a good job at that but if u animated everything better it would be scarier.

i can tell that you're not really used to flash, because this needed some work. (plus you said so in your comments :D haha).
the graphics were alright dude, but you just need to work on the level of detail in the characters like the guys that the vamp was killing, also, the blood just looked so stupid... dont use the pencil tool for it and loop the blood, you gotta make blood splattering effects that form puddles, using the paintbrush tool... watch a couple of tutorials, you'll get it :) keep working at it dude.
