Wow, you don't see things like this on Newgrounds very much at all.
It's pretty hard to review, using the normal guidelines, but I think you have done well here.
I'm going to test it oiut and see how it goes, at this stage everything seems to be working fine.

Awesome, that's all I can say. I've never seen anything like this done in flash, it's plain awesome. I can suggest a few things, like maybe a more unique color scheme (maybe a cool Background image, maybe even customizable BG images), A jukebox where you can play music and stuff,
some sounds like AIM and MSN style, and maybe if its even possible, an image loader, where you can post images rather than just plain text. Do any of this stuff and you'll have one up over the real IRC!
