Confusing storyline, and not very violent.
I'm not sure quite what you were going for. You had an interesting first section, though it seemed that you were really going for a Metal Gear Solid feel not a ninja one. Then your story began getting really weird. The guy he spoke to seems to have a relation to the ninja... though no mention is given. BTW, you made it really hard to follow the conversation since you didn't identify who said what. Then the guy goes on MORE rampant slaughter (insert unfavorable Madness Combat remark here) and then starts spouting things that sounds like cliches. You introduce the idea of a brother at the very end, but leave it totally hanging. Cliffhangers are fine, but you don't offer anything at all. There are so many loose ends to the story that it's almost impossible to follow where you're going with this.

You've got something going for you, u just have the wrong idea. You shouldn't use a ninja as ur main character cause, ninja's don't use guns. Make it like a Solid Snake type character or sumthin. The story was very ambiguous. Then all of a sudden it is supposed to be dramatical with kenshin music at the end? Na.
