I'll give it a five.
Good stuff, good concept. However, some things I'd point out include the need for a standard level of graphics and animation. You have a lot of detail on the chief and on the gun, yet your plasma, explosions, and background are lacking. If you get all the elements to be on the same level, it'd look a whole lot better. On the animation part, you might want to make masterchief feel the recoil from the gun a bit more, throw some flashy light effects from the gun (like the chief's armor shining at certain parts when he fires), and consider making it look more like a war zone.

LOL it may be short but this rocks! you really have skill make it longer and it could be really good! make him killing the covenent or something to that nature!
