I liked it, its an interesting idea... Now to make it better. The counter was cool and the cross hairs and stuff. I think it owuld be better if you made a small story on WHY you're killing Megaman. Liek something funny/stupid... he stole your icecream cone now you have to kill him to get it back!!! Als oI think it would be coller is the bodies staied where you shot them. Background would also make it better. Good job!
Not perfect but has potensial
The game is nice designed and quite entertaing, but u should consider to, as anther gey said, do something about thje ammo. Also the game never ends as far as I've understood, I killed 700 of those little bastards, but it never ended... But u said it qould be upgrades and stuff, the game has potenisal... Keep up the good work :)

Not bad, maybe your next version will be better
Sort of reminiscent of the old Duck Hunt game, without that bloody dog. It was way too easy though. All the megamen seem to be on the same path across the screen, just at different levels. That, as well as the lack of scenery and music are what brought the score down. Still, not bad for a first attempt at a game.
