Ok here goes nothing
It's cute, and for a first try it's good, a light background might work, a little bit harder and faster action, it's just overall to easy, but not bad. I don't think you're going to make it through the portal today, but make some changes and try again :)
All in all, keep your day job, cute game, keep trying.
Not too good.
Considering that it is your first game, I voted 2/5. But the game still contains a few flaws. First of all, the background is a black screen and that was one thing that I did not like. Secondly, the megamen are way too small. Thirdly, you cannot die in the game because they cannot shoot you. So because of these three flews that I mentioned, the game is sort of boring. But as I mentioned, I gave you a passing grade any way since you are a rookie. But you should definetely make your work better next time in order to pass.

I agree, more weps, more ways for them to die, perhaps a 'reflex' timer (fromt he time they appear onscreen until their dead?), i dunno...other?

I've seen a game so simillar to this before. It was "Mosquito Killer", in which mosquitoes flew through the screen just like Meagaman runs in your game, growing bigger and geting annoying. Well, for this lack of creativity, I can't give you a positive review.
