Usually the top users choice for the week is the best. This one is like brody9 said, pretty good. I don't see the masterpiece or exceptional quality here. I don't find many faults either.
All the films have a violent theme (except afro-ninja ironically) and that is this film's strong point. Everyone from the Massochist to the priest can commit violent acts and get a thrill out of killing.
Its weak points are plot, humor (not a game so I disclude interactivity) Weirdo9 had close to a plot with the mugging and killing of all the criminals. It doesn't need dialogue or a script to have some plot but hardcore violence alone doesn't make an excellent movie. This might pass for a video game and maybe be one of the best on Newgrounds.
Overall, I give this above-average.
It can become a cult film with a large fan-base
(Retarded Animal Babies) but it is behind all the stupendous productions (Prowlies in the River).
