This is almost exactly like the "Squares" game on albinoblacksheep, except with the arrow keys and some vague premise of quantum mechanics.
Finally, a quantum game
I like the premise, using schoedinger's cat to collect quarks. But the game concept is tired and cliche (but you did well for a flash game). I've been writing games based on theoretical physics for a while, and I haven't been able to come up with a good one that uses quantum ideas. It would be cool if you had to collect the different quark colors in the right arrangements to assemble the fermions of matter (protos and neutrons). It'd be even cooler if you could implement some notion of the wave-particle duality, but having tried to do this myself, I wouldn't expect it from any mortal programmer.
Pretty good job anyway, even if the game really had nothing to do with quantum mechanics.
