neat movie, might I make a suggestion?
I propose for episode two that you find a girl who is willing to do at leat one of the female voices, if not all of them. The pauses between the male character's voices where the females speak are awkward. Perhaps posting for some help will be all you require. If you DO find someone willing to help, I also suggest making a second edition of episode one where you incorporate the actress' voice.

A cool movie from a great game
Alright, even though the fact that you've played (and enjoyed) Disgaea should get you at least a 3, I'll ignore that fact:
Graphics weren't bad at all, but they lacked a bit of quality and one could see the white borders aroung some zones. Character portraits were nice and you made a great job on animating those stills from the game. It gives a feeling of motion and helps in the storytelling.
Sound was nice, but Etna SERIOUSLY needs a voice actor. Prinnies played as well always (dood!) , and don't forget Laharl's trademark laughter (rip it from Meteor Impact, if necessary) on the following chapters.
And now the Humor part. Well, since it was the beginning you had to take a couple jokkes from the game, but that Vulcanus' one is priceless. Remember to put Etna's "Next Chapter" preview later on.

but how come the servant girl did not have a voice? It was good tho. but as I said I'v never heard of the game.

I do make up my own stuff, but it's fun playing with storys you like too.
