I'm a huge fan of Johnny the homicidal maniac....and I read that one....
but this isn't that great......especially in the beginning, I'm waiting for about 3mins for a pic to go bright then fade.......not fun, I almost closed it.....and after waiting for it to finish, I get something bland and boring.
maybe make something in this style but not johnny, and fix up the speed of the animation or something:S

This was a butchery of my favourite JTHM short. Your VA had a crappy mic, your animation was mild at best, the violence was just repeating scenes, it's not your style, and the last line was ruined by the VA's mic once more, taking all the humor out of it.
Take some pointers from the maker of JTHM-FO that recently got daily top 4 and front page. THAT man knows how to tribute a true artist.

i found this funnier when i read it, the timimg is off a little.
Johnny sounds kind of... how shall i put this? lispy? I would think he would sound a little more manic.
"oh this really hurts" didn't really sound like it hurt.
Otherwise, this was fun! keep trying!

I agree alot with the previous reviewer. The voice acting contradicts the character that Vasquez brough to life in his comics. This wasnt very original at all considering its just pannels and recited text directly from the actual comic. Not very original. Basically this is a dipiction of exactly what Johnen would hate... if I knew this was you first animation or something where you were just trying to learn the program, I would be less critical.
