i think.....i think this was meant to be stupid funny. The question on if it was or it wasn't i guess is in the eye of the viewer.

... Right. It needs more movement; all I can see is mostly immobile characters and text. You should put the text in speech bubbles or something... it's hard to see. The character design was ok, but could be improved. The voice acting needs MAJOR work... it really sounded like somebody was reading from a script.
