This song reminded me of this game I used to play on SNES that almost had the same idea as your description. It's called Clock Tower. It's a horror game where you basically try to get yourself out of a haunted mansion where all of your friends have dissapeared. Really scary.
Now you made me want to play snes! :) Lately Ive been playing Zombies Ate My Neighbors, so check back later to see what that game did with my inspiration! ;)

Freaky but Great!
If I find myself near a mansion and I hear this kind of music....I'm running the other way. This just made me think of a really freaky scene where someone is stuck inside the mansion, and they can't get out. Yet you've done very well with this. Freaky...but that's the way it should be. Well Done!
