You should change the font..it's readable but not so much readable. The BG music is not very good..kinda short. But you should add more info on some of the parts like whistles..and try to tell where the flash portal is in case some people may not know ( I didnt know on my first couple days =/ )

If someone was new to NG, this woulden't be very helpful at all... You didn't go into any sort of detail.. For example, telling people the whistle levels, but not telling us how to get different levels. Put more detail into it and make the writing more clear, it would make it a heap better. Also.. It would be more helpful just to look in the FAQ'S...

You addressed the blatantly obvious topics.
You pointed out things in this guide that are already explained in several parts of NG. Try making a more unique guide, maybe having no music to decrease the file size and use better-resolution images.
anyone whose playing this game shoundt this is outdated so stuff has changed find a nweer version or the one who created this please make a sequel
