Okay, I personally thought it was boring. It would have been better if Chocobos were the paddles and they were bouncing a moogle or something back and forth. Music... it was only one song. Boackgrounds were fine, but each individual bg should have had its own music. It's a good idea for a start, but just keep working on it I say.
It's not that bad
I know there are quite a lot of Pong games around, but atleast this one is not like the plain ones. Also, I think there should be credit for the music since you didn't make the music or even mention how you got it. :|

Hum,I don't like the original pong,but I thought that the Chocobo would made it fun for a few minutes...
Well,the "graphic" rating is not very high,because the chocobo ball is too passive.

Sound is because I like this song too,but I saw it too many times before in flash reviews...
Interactivity,except the choice of the level,well...Pong is pong^^
Make the COM better,it feels like it's just going up and down...
