I've figured out the meaning of the lyrics! Me and my friend have been scavenging many many latin and greek words and have come to a conclusion:
The lyrics pretty roughly translate to:
Always eternal time structure
But We believe that it means the Temple of Time is Always an eternal structure of time...
pretty nifty, eh?
